Atlanta Postal Credit Union was fantastic. I guess they were acquired by Center Parc, and now it is awful. Inattentive (likely overwhelmed) staff; website and app with untold tech issues; customer support phone and text system that never works. If for some reason you are forced to bank with Center Parc, hold out on giving them your money for as long as possible, because once your money is in their hands, you should not expect any level of service at all. I personally don’t care for the credit union itself but the employees keep me coming back Mr Donnell Jones in particular is always amazing with a big beautiful smile and a heart warming greeting. I noticed it was to everyone that came through the door and we definitely need more spirits like his. It keeps the world spinning. I myself personally thinks he deserve a raise.
I had a great experience at this location. I was able to do several transactions and Sherri Turvey the teller was very helpful. She was patient and has pleasant attitude. I had to wait for a moment to pick up a check for a auto loan and the Manager Carmen Cotton, was very personable and provided so much useful information of services that APCU provides that I was not aware of.
