I have been a patient at Center for Wellness MD since last year, but my recent experience has been nothing short of infuriating. I’m shocked at the level of negligence from Dr. Russell and her office. I’ve been urgently requesting a letter to support a surgery she recommended and performed. It’s been nearly a month of phone calls and emails—and not a single response. No follow-up, no accountability, nothing. I love Dr Asela Russell. I researched a lot of gynecologists online and wanted one who specializes in perimenopause and menopause treatments. My first visit was fully covered by my insurance as my annual exam and we discussed tests and treatment options both covered and not covered by my insurance.
