I will never forget my experience with Octavo M. Lopez. He not only humiliated me but traumatized me. In the middle of a waiting room while standing at the reception desk he said to me "if you would FINALLY lose weight we wouldn't have to worry about billing Medicare". This occurred at the Worth clinic. I cannot believe that he was that insensitive and cruel. I was in shock. You go to these places feeling really vulnerable and desperate for help and this is what you get from this man. Not to mention that he is grossly obese.
