They are wonderful the Surgeons are very personable especially Dr. Shen and Dr. Nessen..
The worst wasted my time did the whole program lost the weight they wanted me to lose then wasted my time gave me a surgery date then it was last minute canceled cause of one person! Paul o Brien the worst ! Didn’t wanna give the ok cause I went to a mental hospital years ago ANY ONE CAN GO THRU DEPRESSION!! Just caused of that my surgery was cancelled not cool I worked so hard to accomplish and worked so hard for one person to ruin every again!! The worst PAUL O BRIEN DONT LET HIM FOOL YOU!
Took 3 months for me to schedule this appointment after making calls everyday for 2 weeks - finally got a response after calling about 50 times that day. Scheduled my appointment and was just told to come 15 min prior. Had my first appt with the surgeon elsewhere, really liked him. Came to this center on Christmas Eve, while it was snowing and the roads weren’t plowed - also had to get child care for my new baby.
