I made an appointment for a meet and greet with Gary and spent about 1 hour with him. At the beginning of the meeting he told me he charges $300/Hr to do tax returns. At the end of the meet and greet he told me the charge for our one hour conversation was $300. I could understand a lawyer charging $300 for actual case work or to do someone's taxes, but $300 for a meet and greet as I decided if this lawyer would be a good fit for me or not?
