This is my spiritual home. Week long retreats held spring through autumn are wonderful, with classes on wholistic living, spirituality and meditation, and vegetarian lunches. The grounds and lodgings are simple and lovely.

I’m writing this after attending my first ever week long meditation retreat. I had no idea what to expect and it was a huge step for me to just show up to a place that I didn’t know anything about, especially being a beginner meditator.
