If you decide to start services with this company be prepared for inaccurate billing and no assistance with trouble. We were billed multiple times for days that THEIR therapist cancelled the appointment. Not only that but then we were billed for a in office visit for one of their supervisors to just listen to the session in addition to the therapist. Calls to billing are never answered and when someone transfers your call they send you to a disconnected line
The recruiting and onboarding department, specifically Candice from onboarding, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful, and no one from other departments ever pick up the phone when you need help. They can't even help you through their intensive, poorly planned/formatted onboarding portal where they ask for over 15-20 documents (which are not easily accessible) including medical records and sensitive, private info, make you sign up for 100 different portals, and not only that Candice would BLOW UP MY PHONE rushing... read more
I had to take some time to write this review because I didn't want to be too emotional. I am deeply saddened by the retaliation from one of this company's BCBA's because I chose to end services with them. The discharge report she prepared was full of lies and a lack of accountability on their part. Its hard enough allowing someone into your home to work with your child(ren), especially when they are on the spectrum. Horrible experience! And worst experience in our life! Caused tremendous harm to our child. Hanna Frez and Sukhbeer Singh owe our child a life!
Horrible experience. They don't read the reports and say they will "teach" you new techniques. Then they just "teach" you what you already know. They don't know basics about your family, let alone your child. Then they do "parent teaching" which is just going over things we already know. When we pointed out we already knew everything from classes we took previously the supervisor decided to talk down to us. Seriously Lauren, independent means "doing something by yourself."
