Great experience, Mr. Jerry was very informative as well as the train conductors.
Not bad, not great either. The waiting room is comfortable, with lots of shops and amenities. Good connections and regular services. The platforms are highly cramped (which is one of the reasons why they don't reveal your platform number until annoyingly soon before departure, which is also an accessibility issue). Many trains also don't have many places to board, and one can find oneself walking all the way down the platform to the only doors available (as it is not clear where trains may stop along the tracks).
Women’s bathroom is tired and on the disgusting side. Staff friendly and signage is accurate & clearly displayed.
