New Hearing aids Are currently being sent back for repair or replacement. In shop again Again,. I purchase new in March. This is the fourth time they’ve been sent back. They were never programed are programmable or my hearing test was wrong one. Very dissatisfy would not recommend. I have had hearing aids for 15 years, never had this problem before. Audibel hearing center, is a major disappointment.
The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable….
Very professional while warm and welcoming. I appreciate the testing, explanations of results and suggestions based on my personal needs.
Bluetooth has stopped working.
