If you are considering going to mediation with a high-conflict parent, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. My very first session with Stephen was in Fall 2024; this session went good, there were no concerns, and a parenting plan was signed. When I decided to go back to mediation in Spring 2025, I thought everything would go smoothly and I would be able to come to an agreement with the other parent with Stephen's help. Spent over 1000 dollars with them. Stephan Evans is biased and leans towards the the side the wastes the most time. And his assistant Coleen does not take notes properly and pushes her own narrative into what they call a parenting plan. A list of bullet points that had almost no correlation to the discussions that went on. I would not reccomend their service to anyone who needs to get anything done. I was the other party that was working with Stephen and Colleen. It was court mandated mediation. Donovan Short is posting a false review. We did not spend over $1,000. Stephen Evans does not lean in either direction, he is a professional and not interested in wasting his own time. He made it clear he wants to work with cooperative people. They were both beyond patient when Short was escalating things during our sessions. The staff are non responsive, been leaving messages and not receiving any response.
