Didn't even tell me they moved/closed AGAIN, literally ghosted me and never let me know. The first time they moved I went to the wrong location and was panicking because of the crazy late/no show fee. Second time I went in there for a scheduled appt and there was absolutely nobody there or any furniture. I NEEDED to get my medicine refilled and nobody was there.
Worst place to go for psychiatric problems. They NEVER (and I mean NEVER) answer their phone calls which makes it very difficult make appointments/ cancel them, they charge like $100 if u miss an appointment but they’ve missed about 5 of mine leaving me sitting in a zoom call alone for 30+ mins, and nothing is ever done about their mistakes, they have also double charged me Multiple times by sending the bill to both me and my mother (god knows how much money they’ve unfairly taken from us) , overall 0/10 and if anything they... read more
Please don’t waste ur time here none of the receptionist answers calls and it’s hard to get a hold of anyone there and make appointments there are better places then this!
