Was getting medication through phone appts and counseling, scheduled an appt for counseling and never got a call for it, called them and scheduled another one for later in the day and never got a call so I gave up and stopped continuing my care there. Now they’re sending letters that I owe them money when they’re not billing both of my insurances even after I talked to billing. Most unorganized place I’ve been too.
