Very unprofessional.
Actually toxic. The lady charges you for things you don't need and I'm pretty sure she keeps people there far longer than necessary. Avoid this place at all costs. If you're already a client just make sure to get your discharge paperwork. She's refusing to give me receipts or telling me which classes I attended. Information which my new treatment provider needs. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she just ignored me.
