After completing THEIR consent form to release our medical information to another office, they have refused. Even after our doctor's office called them to remind them of the law, they still will not release our medical records as REQUIRED BY LAW. They must be mad at us for leaving them, but, hey, they told us from the start that Medicare would pay and then months later gave us a bill for hundreds of dollars. These people are preventing us from getting therapy and jeopardizing our lives.
