I had such a great first experience with Lynn and receiving pelvic floor therapy for SPD and birth recovery. She is so sweet, and it was amazing to feel a difference as the appointment progressed and afterwards as well. I feel equipped to continue gaining strength as I continue to recover from birth. I brought along my 4 week old newborn, and Lynn was very supportive in making sure we were both comfortable during my appointment. Highly recommend to all mamas!!

Lynn is a miracle worker. After 8.5 months of postpartum pain (& waiting to see my gynecologist for 4 months, only to have a 10-minute visit resulting in "everything looks fine" & being referred to a pelvic floor therapist who preemptively scheduled me for 6 sessions but couldn't see me for another 2 months...), Lynn got me in for an hour-long session the day after I reached out to her. I can’t wait to come back to Lynn for more treatment. I had been suffering from debilitating pain and still could not walk normally for a week. I left Lynn’s office nearly running to the car in excitement. She not only relieved the tension I was feeling, she had incredibly thoughtful insights about what was going on, that really goes to her level of experience, expertise, and care. Lynn is an incredible provider, and I highly recommend her.

There is a reason you’ll see everyone’s eyes light up when you tell them you’re seeing Lynn Schulte for a pelvic floor PT appointment: She’s a gifted healer. After my first session, I’m breathing deeper and feel like I have a new relationship with my body (pelvic floor, yes, but also my diaphragm, bladder, and energetic body). Lynn also has a calm, grounded presence that put me immediately at ease and kept me feeling safe and held throughout the session. Overall, an amazing experience that I highly recommend.
