My virtual session with Lynn was totally amazing. She is a true healer. I appreciate how much she understands the ENTIRETY of the birth process/experience. She really listed to me and was able to target what I was struggling with in my postpartum life. I was blown away. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Lynn is AMAZING! I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant and the baby is breech. I went in to see her to make sure my pelvis was in a good spot for delivery and to address a few issues I’ve been dealing with since my last pregnancy (3 years ago). I had such a great first experience with Lynn and receiving pelvic floor therapy for SPD and birth recovery. She is so sweet, and it was amazing to feel a difference as the appointment progressed and afterwards as well. I feel equipped to continue gaining strength as I continue to recover from birth. I brought along my 4 week old newborn, and Lynn was very supportive in making sure we were both comfortable during my appointment. Highly recommend to all mamas!!

Lynn is a miracle worker. After 8.5 months of postpartum pain (& waiting to see my gynecologist for 4 months, only to have a 10-minute visit resulting in "everything looks fine" & being referred to a pelvic floor therapist who preemptively scheduled me for 6 sessions but couldn't see me for another 2 months...), Lynn got me in for an hour-long session the day after I reached out to her.
