Place is horrible. They make you wait 20-30 min in the waiting room then another 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a room. I’m never coming back here. Not only did they not address my problem but they wanted me to keep coming back over and over. I won’t ever go back. I just left after 3 visits and no help. Leave the state go to mass or ct for care. I do not recommend brown surgeons for anything. Money grab. Disgusting place.
Beth Ryder and her team were exceptional. I had surgery 5 days ago and through the entire process I was called back when needed and able to reach for questions as well. Not sure if Bariatric is the only surgeries they do but if I need anything else at anytime, I am going here first to see if they do.
Dr. Schecter is a great physician. Very caring and understanding. When I called the office to set up my follow-up appointment, I spoke with Alyssa, who was very pleasant and explained what I needed to do to get a referral. She made me laugh and took time with me. Thank you.
I was previously a patient of Dr. Dean Roye who is fabulous, thorough and timely. By default I'm now still with this office with other providers. I have had issues where they were not being able to get access to my lap band which was never an issue and was unable to remove much or if any fluids. I have now been canceled on three times over months due to lack of supplies stating it is on back order. I have offered to obtain the proper needles. Which was denied. Receptionist was rude and then over charged me. They made me wait a hour and took people who came after me. The office is dirty with stained chairs. I’m not sure if it’s blood or pee spots on the chairs. Overall not a good place.
