Dr. M. Giorgi is awesome but his staff, I believe that's why they are rated 2.5 out of 5.0 stars!!! So many errors done by the secretary, it's unelieveable!!!!!!!
Center for Bariatric Surgery at Brown Surgical Associates has good surgeons from what Ive seen but the over all consensus is that the administrative team lacks. if you want to fax over things and not have them revive them multiple times and have to hand deliver to them come here. the problems just keep stacking up. I recommend going to other providers in the state .. like RW
Place is horrible. They make you wait 20-30 min in the waiting room then another 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a room. I’m never coming back here. Not only did they not address my problem but they wanted me to keep coming back over and over. I won’t ever go back. I just left after 3 visits and no help. Leave the state go to mass or ct for care. I do not recommend brown surgeons for anything. Money grab. Disgusting place.
Beth Ryder and her team were exceptional. I had surgery 5 days ago and through the entire process I was called back when needed and able to reach for questions as well. Not sure if Bariatric is the only surgeries they do but if I need anything else at anytime, I am going here first to see if they do.
Dr. Schecter is a great physician. Very caring and understanding. When I called the office to set up my follow-up appointment, I spoke with Alyssa, who was very pleasant and explained what I needed to do to get a referral. She made me laugh and took time with me. Thank you.
