Beautiful building. I really enjoy when there is a live piano player in the atrium part. Parking is a bit of a challenge. Euclid Garage near however, there is a big dip prior to entering the garage that can be teeth jarring if not taken slow. It is not well marked. There is a long walk from the parking garage to the CAM. When I’ll this walk is almost too much to accomplish, even to see your physician. I Most definitely recommend as the best in my opinion,i feel blessed & am so very thankful for everything they have & are doing for me..honestly feel they care more about me & my health than I ever had myself..they are giving me my life back. And I love them for it.

I was told I was pre-authorized and my insurance would cover a procedure. The way they coded it to my insurance, the insurance denied. They originally said they would fix it. They gave me instructions, which I followed. Now the nurses (Loretta and Bridgette) will not call me back. I have left several voice mails over months, and no return. I now have to pay a huge bill to Wash U with cash because they will not recode and/or have a conversation with a medical professional at my insurance, like they said they would.
