Adrienne & Trish are absolutely the best massage therapists I've ever worked with. I've been a client for over 10 years and highly recommend them. They are intuitive and client centered. Whether you are looking for help to recover from injury, relief from back pain or stress, or a relaxing energy rebalancing, they are the ones to see! The space at Center 4 Self-Care is clean, radiant, and relaxing. The second you walk in the stress starts to wash away. Highly Recommended!!
Not only is Adrienne a miracle working with her massages but the pain potion is AMAZING!!! It works!!!
From the moment you walk in the door you can sense the peaceful nature of the facility. Having options like massage, reiki and cranial sacral in one location is fantastic. Have had massages with Adrienne Asta and Trish Nichols that always leave me and my husband wanting another one. I appreciate that Adrienne has worked with me and my chiropractor to help me with my health and wellness journey. The space they have available to rent is perfect for small groups.
