The Center for Self Care is an outstanding place for healing. I had a massage there and left feeling rejuvenated. I've also used their Pain Potion and it's and incredible product for all those aches and pains.
Center 4 Self Care is a fantastic environment with amazing massage therapists. They also have this magical stuff called Pain Potion. It works! Pain and inflammation relief almost instantly. It is all natural so I feel safe using it, and is non greasy so I can use before bed.
Who knew falling while roller skating could cause pain in places I didn't even realize I hit! Between my bruised tailbone and a massive bruise on my hand, I was convinced the pain would never end. I love this space! Trish and Adrienne are so fabulous. I have used their Pain Potion for so many things. It is so effective on muscle cramps... especially a charlie horse. I've also used it on my neck and back, after working on the computer, all day. I even bought my husband his own, so he wouldn't take mine. It's magical!!
I can't say enough, good things about the Pain Potion that they sell. I don't usually have a lot of faith in these sorts of products, and I was really skeptical when a friend shared a bottle with me when I was going through some debilitating, chronic pain.
