They made me drive 30 minutes each way just to pick up two missing boxes. They also quoted a lower price than what I ultimately ended up paying, which, based on the reviews, seems to be a recurring pattern. Considering what I actually paid and the extra trip I had to make, other companies offered similar prices without making me wait for my belongings or group my shipment with other customers’ stuff. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend them.

Phenomenal from start to finish. Everything arrived in perfect condition and I sent some very large fragile antiques. The crews were so professional and friendly. The communication was exceptional.

3 TLDR: decent job but disappointing experience. Low competency and would not recommend for large, long-haul moves. They don’t respond to damages or claims and I think they need better training. I have no doubt they’ll lie to you if it’s in their best interest. *After reaching out with a final complaint following my review, the company finally deigned to contact me and action my claim. They offered me $120, increased from the $82 my damages were valued at following their $300 deductible for the extended coverage I purchased.... read more
