Not only were we lied to because of incompetence, but we literally had to go through the whole approval process a few days before settlement, Which Dawn our so called agent was Absent from... Our paperwork leading up to the date of settlement was lost numerous times at this company’s office, Then before we knew it our loan was sold to s mortgage company on the West Coast!
