Very frustrating to work with this office. Communication has been horrible and months go by without a response to emails or calls. We have no idea where our file is in the probate process and cant get timely or complete answers. I wish we had never started working with this team. I feel trapped.
I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with them in handling a family members estate. They show no urgency, or even professional courtesy at all. They failed to follow simple direction in mailing a time sensitive document causing unnecessary delay. They failed to return phone calls and emails on multiple occasions forcing us to change plans.
