This is the most dishonest and corrupt bank I have ever been to, trying to sneak in fees even after I stopped banking with them.
This is the most dishonest and corrupt bank I have ever been to, trying to sneak in fees even after I stopped banking with them.
We just sold a property and the buyer used Centennial for their loan process. To say this was an EXCRUCIATING experience would be putting it mildly. They messed up the buyers loan which ended up increasing their interest rate by half a point, were terrible at communicating, and prolonged the process much longer than it needed to be. Do not do business with a mortgage broker. Find an experienced lender and get the job done right and efficiently!
