Best bank I've had, hands down. It's very easy to set up an account, easy to sign into mobile banking, and they're able to print a debit card within 5 minutes, and also super friendly staff! They follow their procedures to the T, and I appreciate that. The manager is also very informed and friendly, she's amazing. Edit: They kept saying I did not have enough proof to make a dispute to get a refund from being scammed, so I was never able to be refunded.
Multiple locations in central Arkansas and very flexible hours for the customer!
