Worst bank ever for deceptive practices.
Fast and friendly service. I was just having a bad day on my last review lol.
So about 9 years ago I opened a checking account and I signed paperwork saying I didn't want my account to be able to overdraft and I was told any charge that would overdraft my account would be declined. A few months later and I notice multiple $35 insufficient funds charges from the bank over a single transaction that should have been declined. I reached out to the bank and they had me resign the papers declining the ability to overdraft. Needless to say this didn't stop the issue and a few months later it happened again. ... read more
Very rude , was considered switching to centennial, but dealing with the tellers at this location has been abysmal to say the least .
