I've used this bank since about 2013. Every year, it continues to go further down in customer service. I'd never recommend it to anybody. Idk how long we went without even a notary there, for instance. One of us gets hacked at least twice a year, too. Honestly don't know why I'm still with them. So all of my kids have opened their very first acct. there over the years. Kind of a tradition. We go to open for our youngest, age 17, and are told she's not allowed to without a steady income. The worst bank I have ever had to deal with. I ended up having to send all my information bank. Statements, check stubs, all that more than four times to him before they got it right. They sold my mortgage to another mortgage company within two weeks after I closed on the house. They give my information to who knows what other companies. Because now I get mail from life insurance companies and mortgage insurance companies who knows what else is coming. Would not recommend this to my worst enemy.
