Have used this bank for over 10 years. It seriously gets worse every year. Nothing electronic ever works. They don't answer messages. Nobody answers phones. Our two closest locations haven't even had a Notary for YEARS. I have no idea why I am still banking here other than it's a pain to switch banks. They are horrendously lacking in technology and customer care.
Been here over a decade and really don't know why I'm still here. Robin is a beautiful soul and always a joy to see at the window. Most of the staff is very kind. But, the service is just not good. They haven't had a notary in years now. I can't use hardly any apps with my clients because it's DAYS before I can get the money. Great staff, but seems the bank itself won't spend money upgrading anything.
