Big shoutout to Tyler at Centennial Bank in Bentonville! I ran into an issue depositing a check through the app, but Tyler was on it right away. He had the issue fixed THAT day. The last time I ran into this issue, a manager from a different branch was helping me, and I just never heard back… Customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed Tyler, thank you so much!!
Ive never had worse service at any establishment. My mom has always used this bank so she got me signed up, as the main account holder. The people who work here are so hateful that the lady I talked to back and forth went as far as saying, “listen sweetie, you need to have you’re mommy call to sort this out” I am an adult and the primary account holder but was still degraded about my age and having my moms help. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to bank here
