Was happy at first, as after over 4-5 yes I end up waiting 20 days on a debit card, cause they cancelled the old one when it was stolen, but Rebecca didn't put in for a new one. Already looking into other Banks.
The individual employees that the public comes into contact with are usually very good, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The bank in general though is not a good small town bank anymore, it has become a large corporate bank, with endless fees and costs for any service. Just found out I will be charged to use my own money in my savings. If on any day of the quarter my savings falls below $200.00, I get charged $10 for the quarter. So if I have 1000.00 $ in my savings, take out 850.00$, I get charged 10$ to use that money... read more
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced...I would even go as far as to say dishonest.
