I give them a “10” on everything but the mobile app. Problem is, I use it more than anything else. All 3 devices I use it on are the same. Biometric login works about 2/10. Of the time.

RACIAL PROFILING: I have done business via teller drive-thru when it comes to depositing my son's social security check; I always provide my driver's license.
