I usually use the Beebe Capps location, this is also a great choice for all your banking needs. After today I can no longer say anything good about this location. I will not return to this location. By far the best bank I have ever been with. They all get to know you by name, they are great at remembering how you like things back such as withdrawals with a balance after. I’m not the easiest customer but they have done it for 15 years now with a smile on their faces, even the newbys, they will show them once how I like things and from then on they take care of me as anyone else. We have banked here for years! Very friendly staff and more than happy to help in any way they can.
$4.00 fee to use their atm. It gives out only $20s. No choice for other bills. Went inside to exchange for different variety of denominations. Was told that since i do not have an account with them that they were unable to exchange five $20s for one $100. Cost me $4.00 to take out my own money and they refused to do a simple money change. Terrible bank. Even if I had an account here I would close immediately and move my money elsewhere.
