Had the misfortune of trying to work with Bobby Jo Burns at Centennial last year when we were buying a house in Niceville. Bobby Jo consistently showed up late and looking hung over. Every time I saw her, she complained about having to be at work instead of overseeing the construction of her new waterfront home. We were too far into the process to switch lenders, and she assured us everything was on track for our closing date.
