Been with this bank for over 5 years. I moved states and still banked with them. I’m now looking into other options. This bank has gone WAY down hill since the new management, customer service is seriously lacking. No matter if I’m in the wrong or not there is a way to speak to customers, and they don’t seem to understand this. It is possible to say no in a respectful way! Allie should find employment where she doesn’t have to interact with people, she’d probably be a lot happier!
