I’ve been a customer of centennial bank for over 10 years. I’ve even worked for this company in the past, for a few years. The bank has continually lost the feeling of being a local community driven bank. The branch Manager Rebecca of the Tyler/ Hogan branch is highly unprofessional with a poor attitude. While attempting to resolve an issue with one of my multiple accounts that was opened at her location she had no answers to where or what account funds were pulled from. My fiancé and I used them for a mortgage loan recently. They knew we intended on using a VA home loan well in advance; as we were pre-approved for it through them for a year. No one told us we had to be married beforehand in order to do a dual application. Needless to say we couldn’t do the dual application since we aren’t married. During the process we were told numerous times, “this is the last document you will need to sign”. We threw that to the wind after the 10th time being told that.
