I no longer trust Centennial with my money. I was scammed out of more than$600 and after having to file 2 separate disputes the manager at the time told me to expect a return of my money in the next few days, but here we are now, 5 months after I filed the dispute, and I get a letter in the mail saying I will only receive $10 back in my account...it honestly felt like a slap in the face. I have always had a great experience at this bank. Sometimes it seems waiting in the srive thru is a bit long but I have never done their job so I don’t know what is involved.
Got a new checking account today. Chandra and Jace were great!
The employees at this branch have always been consistently very accomodating.
I had a wonderful experience with Alexander. I am terrible about passwords and everytime I ask him to help me reset it he is sweet and patient with me. I would recommend this bank to anyone looking!
