I absolutely love Centennial Bank. I absolutely do not love this branch, specifically the head teller. Use another branch if you can. They really are a fantastic institution.
I felt a bit uneasy noticing a bank teller wearing Ray-Ban glasses with a built-in camera while working behind the counter. It raises concerns about privacy and whether sensitive account information is truly being kept secure. In a setting where confidentiality is so important, managers should be paying closer attention to what employees are wearing. That said, the female teller was very nice and courteous throughout the interaction.
