Update 2021: in person old fashioned service not here either. Inconvenience of moving is the ONYL reason to stay with this bank. Old Fashioned Service. Yes. BUT....I've been with this bank for over 10 years and have been mostly pleased with their service, however, if you like/need to do anything online this is not the bank for you. I was informed today, the only way to obtain a 1099-INT form to file my taxes is via hard copy from their third party processor. I have had an account with Centennial Bank for quite some time now. However, I started my account in Arkansas, a branch out of Heber Springs. That branch is by far the greatest I've ever dealt with. They have always went above and beyond to be helpful, and was always kind, caring and compassionate, no matter the situation. Not only was the customer service amazing, the fraud dept. was on point and handled matters when I wasn't even aware there was a concern. Love the service from this bank. I have been with them for over 10 years. They caught fraudulent activity immediately. They called, texted and emailed me. Every time I call, they are pleasant and helpful.

Old Fashioned Service. Yes.
