I applied for a construction loan. I was never contacted about progress one time in 6 weeks that I didn't have to initiate by getting the bank manager to have the mortgage guy call me. I was finally turned down by TEXT because the bank had never done work with the builder's company before. This was the most unprofessional and inconsiderate bank I have ever dealt with. I have excellent credit and a large downpayment payment. Their lack of respect and interest in my loan approval is baffling.
