We waited 15 or 20 minuets in line before finally getting to the commercial window at 12:09 and the lady told us they closed at 12 but we had been in line longer than they had been closed and online it says the bank is open 9:00 to 4:00 on Saturdays. When I asked the teller named Christian why it says 4 online she was just rude and said their was nothing she could do. I asked for the managers name she rolled her eyes and walked away for 3 minuets before returning and saying I'd half to call Monday and that I needed to leave.
