My husband has banked with CB for over seven years, and I have banked with them for four years now. I have been impressed with their efficiency and great customer service since day 1. I wish we could give -(neg)stars. THIS IS THE WORST BANK IN TOWN. I when in to break a $100 bill down into smaller bills AFTER wait in line (one person at the teller window) and listen to the lady and the teller talk about shopping and other stupid stuff before getting down to business which took 10 to 15 min of wait. I finally get to step up. I was then informed that they could NOT break down any bill large then a $20 with out having a account # to put with transaction. Needed a notary as I am new to Lubbock. The person at the desk I was sent to was on the phone so I waited for her to finish her call. When she did finish she started a new call and I continued to wait. After a few minutes a teller got my attention and asked if I had an account. I explained I was new to Lubbock and did not have a local bank, but I would pay the fee. The teller apologized and said they could not help me.
