How about we open more than 2 of the 4 drive thru lanes at your Southwest Dr location in Jonesboro?!?! Especially on Friday evenings when your 2 open lanes are each 5 cars deep. I come to this branch weekly and have never seen more than 2 lanes open. Your only saving grace is the convenient location.
