I have been a member of this bank since 2014. I am disabled. I was treated with disrespect and my account closed after I asked for my account to be investigated for fraud. Even took the account to the police station. The customer service looked down on me and told me and my blind boyfriend to stop rolling our eyes at her. I'm not a customer at this bank. But all black people should take their money out of this bank. The white people that work there are true racist and view blacks as criminals. I will never open an account there. And I'm advising all of my people to close out and do business else where. Because when it comes to Us and then we will forever be looked upon as Nothing and that's so sad 😭. Thank you Washington branch for showing me your true colors.
