Taylor and the team at the branch have incredible customer service. They go above and beyond to take care of the customers at their bank.
My experience with this bank has always been extremely excellent!!! I love and appreciate the girls (tellers), they have always been awesome, polite, and helpful.
I had the worst experience with Centennial Bank than I have ever had with any other bank in my life. First, the took over a loan from a defunct bank and started taking thousands of dollars in trumped up fees. Then, they convinced me to take an Obama loan making my fees and interest go away. ALL LIES. Lastly, they offered to give back $50,000 of the $200,000 they stole if I sold my house. NOT DO ONE SINGLE THING they said they gonna do to help us.
