I had a wonderful experience at Centennial Bank! Shawn and Tracy were extremely helpful when I was opening my account. They went above and beyond, even staying past regular hours to make sure everything was set up perfectly. I really appreciate their kindness, patience, and excellent customer service. Thank you both for making the process so easy and pleasant!
Great bank Great people
We have our HOA accounts with centennial Stanford branch for over 20 years. The branch staff is great, Crystal and Shawn went above and beyond to assist us. I would give them a 10 star review. however Michelle Williams the NEW association manager is a joke. She never answers her phone and never returns calls. She deserves a 0 star review. She will be the reason that we move all of our accounts.
