I am baffled by this bank’s poor handling of fraud. I am seriously considering closing every personal and business account our family has. This is very upsetting as we have banked with them for 20 years. I do not feel that our accounts are secure and that is a problem.

I do not understand why this bank won't hire enough people to handle the number of calls they get. Whenever you call Centennial bank the call goes straight to their "Customer Care" center in Arkansas. You can't call any of their branches directly. At least, they won't publish those numbers. So you have to call Arkansas. And every single time you call them-- doesn't matter what day it is or what time of day-- you get a recording saying "We are experiencing higher than normal call volumes . . . ." NO, YOU'RE NOT. I just deposited my check of $672. Asked back $460 in cash and deposited $212 of it into my account. My last check I got $210 in cash (I was going to put $100 from the last check and this check into savings which would be about $200) anyways I haven't used the cash last time because I didn't have to fill up my tank so I knew I had at least $210 in my wallet and a couple dollars in my purse. They are going to tell me when I checked 5 times that I did not receive the $460 even though I received $360. I'm short $100 😒
