We have our HOA accounts with centennial Stanford branch for over 20 years. The branch staff is great, Crystal and Shawn went above and beyond to assist us. I would give them a 10 star review. however Michelle Williams the NEW association manager is a joke. She never answers her phone and never returns calls. She deserves a 0 star review. She will be the reason that we move all of our accounts.

I am baffled by this bank’s poor handling of fraud. I am seriously considering closing every personal and business account our family has. This is very upsetting as we have banked with them for 20 years. I do not feel that our accounts are secure and that is a problem.

I do not understand why this bank won't hire enough people to handle the number of calls they get. Whenever you call Centennial bank the call goes straight to their "Customer Care" center in Arkansas. You can't call any of their branches directly. At least, they won't publish those numbers. So you have to call Arkansas. And every single time you call them-- doesn't matter what day it is or what time of day-- you get a recording saying "We are experiencing higher than normal call volumes . . . ." NO, YOU'RE NOT.
