Certainly wouldn't even give them one star with the service I received. Their ATM malfunctioned now my account is over drafted almost 800 dollars. As a mom, who works 2 jobs this is not something I can cover financially and shouldn't be at fault. When I brought this to their attention they showed no remores nor empathy. I will not being doing any buisness with them from this point on. And if you have an account with them I would be cautious using their broken ATMs that they apparently don't want to replace.
Yes I was once with Centennial Bank in Paragould Arkansas and I was very satisfied and pleased with everything associated with the company and employees! Thank you guys and I'm planning on coming back soon hopefully
