I love the bank but when trying to do anything at the drive-through you can never hear the bank teller say anything to you.
Currently about to file a complaint on this branch to the State Banking Association. Years Of poor service in blatant incompetence. $270 was missing out of my account due to a blatant error in the system and Geoff and his team swore up and down they didn’t know what to do about it. His “assistant” Maya it’s not much help either. Looking forward to closing my account soon and moving on with another bank after this Branch gets handled by the state banking association.
Not open on Saturday. as a busy busy person Monday through Friday I don't always have time to come in and Saturday mornings is usually when I have to come in and get any business done but without them being open on Saturday morning well I guess I can't do business with them.
If zero stars were an option, that is what this branch would receive. The tellers are always pleasant at this location. However this is not first bad experience I’ve had with attempting to get a simple affidavit notarized. Geoff should learn time management and how to prioritize customers. I would leave GEOFF 0 stars! Geoff needs to learn time management and how to prioritize customers. I hear nothing but bad things about him, so I had to see it myself. The tellers were nice. But, if you are needing a notary at your local branch DON’T go see Geoff off bowmen. He will tell you he’s unable to complete this 20 second task before the close of day. While the branch does not close for another hour. Geoff needs to be checked.
