Had the sleeve 3 years ago from Dr Guerrero. 2.5 years later ended up with a severe deep ulcer which formed in an outpocket. At this point Dr Heydari took over to fix Dr Guerro's mistake. After cutting out the pocket and doing a resection on the sleeve, I was left with horrible problems swallowing. Dr Heydari ran tests but nothing showed what was causing it because those tests were a waste of time and money. Horrible experience with these incapable office staff. I was told by Belle, the surgery scheduler, don't ever call the main number because they all have private numbers and you need to have those numbers to contact them. Every time I call it takes forever to get a call back, plus Belle totally lied to me about how much she called me and what I was told. She needs a course on. Customer service. I'm tired of being constantly lied to by their staff. Talk to Dr Heydari, he seems to be the only one who cares. What a joke the staf... read more
