Horrible experience with these incapable office staff. I was told by Belle, the surgery scheduler, don't ever call the main number because they all have private numbers and you need to have those numbers to contact them. Every time I call it takes forever to get a call back, plus Belle totally lied to me about how much she called me and what I was told. She needs a course on. Customer service. I'm tired of being constantly lied to by their staff. Talk to Dr Heydari, he seems to be the only one who cares. What a joke the staf... read more
