Angie prepared my 98 year old mom's tax for 2025 my mom was entitled for a Disability claim now Its returned by Revenue Canada saying the proper forms were never submitted When i questioned Angie she says they don't have time until after they move and I would get charged for them being on hold with Revenue Canada basically saying do it myself She then sent me the forms to my email with phone number for revenue Canada .Clearly the message is they are done with me ..
Horrible service, no communication, taking forever to prosses paperwork. Have been dealing with them for a few years and for past couple years it's been nothing but problems. Went there again this year by force of habit and never again! Hopefully turbo tax will put an end to this kind of business practices. I have been with them close to 15-20 years on a recommendation from a colleague. They really helped me out a couple years ago with my taxes.
Took tax packages in in February , and are still waiting for returns to be filed ( Oct. 7th today )
They do not return phone calls. Stay away.
