Horrible service, no communication, taking forever to prosses paperwork. Have been dealing with them for a few years and for past couple years it's been nothing but problems. Went there again this year by force of habit and never again! Hopefully turbo tax will put an end to this kind of business practices. I have been with them close to 15-20 years on a recommendation from a colleague. They really helped me out a couple years ago with my taxes.
Took tax packages in in February , and are still waiting for returns to be filed ( Oct. 7th today )
They do not return phone calls. Stay away.
Very slow turn around time, don't return calls, made promises for time frame that they didn't keep and lied about having things done.
