Went for a manicure and pedicure last week. Staff were great, making sure you were comfortable and even offer Mimosas! My nails never looked better. Thanks!

I immediately started crying after my eyebrow wax. I also thought it was weird to do a wax in the middle of a facial...and was never asked what I wanted, and my eyebrows are way too thin and uneven, not to mention the BURN on my skin. They tried to make it up to me which I appreciate a little bit, but they ruined my face and I’m the one who has to wear it. Katelynne B is FANTASTIC! I scheduled two treatments: an 80 minute deep tissue massage & 50 minute Fuji salt scrub. The poor girl practically needed a chisel to loosen up the tension in my neck, shoulders, & back, but Katelynne is very intuitive & really knows how to find & treat those tense spots. I felt like a million bucks after 2+ hours!
Always a great experience...beautiful pedicure, relaxing atmosphere, the people are great. Love Cenote!!!
My wife and I both had Doug for massages during our stay this week at Regal Palms. He was excellent and we highly recommend the spa. Our daughters had princess manicures and loved it also. Will definitely book again next time we visit!! Thanks Doug!!! Amazing!!!
My husband got me a massage and then my daughter and I manicures while on vacation. It was wonderful!! Staff was great and I don't know what kind of shellac you use but my manicure was done on October 5th and it is still on and has not chipped or anything! That is amazing in the fact the longest any polish regular or shellac has lastest is 3 days. Wish I lived closer and could use you all the time.
Absolutely amazing services and atmosphere..
I came for the first time yesterday for a prenatal massage, facial, and pedicure-my experience was fantastic! This place and their staff is amazing! The environment was very serene and peaceful. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I will definately be back, I am a local and this will be my go to spa from now on. So happy I found this gem of a place!
