Seemingly good expertise and a nice selection of products. However, the attitude that comes with doing business at this establishment are not worth it relative to the numerous other bike shops in the area. I bought a pair of cycling shoes directly from a manufacturer and was looking for some insight about the fit. When I visited this store, I was told that I would have to pay to get any input. Cenna has been great for not only new builds, being a great Ibis dealer, but also taking care of my warranty issues. He is always willing to put the extra time in for customers, and put them first.

If you’re serious about biking whether it’s road, gravel, or mountain, Cenna Custom Cycles is the place to go in Northern Colorado. Cenna (the owner) is amazing. He’s a certified bike fitter, a certified coach, and just a genuinely great person. I bought an incredible bike here and also got a professional bike fit done by him. The difference is night and day.
