I just refinanced my loan. This company is the worse I've ever dealt with. I am a Autistic teacher and paid through bill pay half of my mortgage and the other half a week later. It's the summer. The company withdrew the amount and sent me a bogus check stating it did not match the amount for the total loan. Question: Why withdraw the funds? Why not give me a call asking if the full amount is on the way. Cenlar Fsb is HORRIBLE. Payments don't clear for 6-8 weeks; the 800-number is off-shore and though they want to be helpful, they're not. I'm trying to pay off a mortgage while two payments are not posted -- and I don't trust them to reimburse me after reconciliation. Unfortunately, we don't have any choice but to work with them ... here's a thought, call their Trenton office: 609-883-3900 ask for customer service department and see if that gets you anywhere. Cenlar Fsb is BAD These people have recently taken over my loan and so far they have done a poor job. They still have not gotten my old payment f from the old mortgage people and they still have not sent me the next payment coupon. They also do not respond to yoour questions or concerns in a timely manner.
