I just refinanced my loan. This company is the worse I've ever dealt with. I am a Autistic teacher and paid through bill pay half of my mortgage and the other half a week later. It's the summer. The company withdrew the amount and sent me a bogus check stating it did not match the amount for the total loan. Question: Why withdraw the funds? Why not give me a call asking if the full amount is on the way.
