I think it's mighty Stange that I pay you all monthly but I can't seem to get anyone on the phone. Highly unsatisfied
Unfortunately due to their Mortgage service branch, I'll have to rate a 1. Hurricane Helene struck Georgia and never had I thought I would have to go through something like natural disaster. Winds were up to 100mph. My power was off about 10 days, water to be shut off suddenly for no time estimate given, incredibly hot and humid day and night - pitch black, food spoiled - in line for hours for gas with stations running out, trees down everywhere. As others have said, Cenlar's customer service reps are beyond disrespectful. It's difficult to even describe how rude they are. Stay very far away.
Awful experience with this company. I was the successor in interest, as my father was the original borrower and he has since passed. Every single interaction with this customer service has been awful. Paper mail going to home I no longer own (and have never lived in and was asked if I have mail forwarding on - why would I when I never lived there). I’ve asked repeatedly for them to fax letters and have called them 100s of times only to be told they would be faxing or mailing them out. I would love to actually be able to grie... read more
Cenlar was the one that was supposed to approve our short sale (we are the buyers). Not only did they not respond on time to all the inquires from both our side and the sellers side, they cancelled the short sale due to the application being incomplete and therefore, now the house will fall into foreclosure. They couldve gotten a great deal but now they will have to jump through multiple hurdles because it will be a foreclosure and get multiple thousands of dollars less than what we offered.
