After extensive research decided on a DEXA Scan to learn my body fat and other detailed numbers. Cenegenics appeared to be the best option in area, and great reviews. The process of booking and the scan could not have been easier. Discovered my body fat was 10% higher than the fancy home body fat scale I've always used, so very thankful to finally know my numbers so I can better reach my goal numbers. Mark did an excellent job at explained all of the results and incredibly quick and painless. Highly recommend.

I have consulted with Dr Boman several times and he has been very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been involved in sports my whole life, but entering my near-senior years, it's tough to keep in shape. Certainly there is a cost, but the value added to my daily life is well worth it. Health and well being are my focus.
