I do not have an account here , however th business I work with does. I am there often cashing checks or making deposits. I can not possibly describe the amazing people that work there or their kindness amd compassion !
The app never works, the workers can't help access the app and when you call they transfer you and no one ever picks up the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.
We have had good experiences but the past 2 months has been awful. Locked out of online banking 6 times in 2 weeks is ridiculous and no one there seems to know how to fix it anymore since our favorite banker left.
