Damage to PC, they're refusing to pay. I have to pay additionally for an inspection so far. Edit: Yeah they denied the claim after taking a month. So, cost me an additional $500 for the inspection, in addition to the damaged parts.

I have used CEND three times recently (myself, daughter and mom) and cant say enough great things about them. From first contact until the mailed card welcoming me to my new home, everything was PERFECT. Communication is key when moving which is stressful enough. Guest Services responses were timely and always helpful. CEND went out of their way as one of my delivery areas was a little outside their delivery scope, they made it happen. Cend was wonderful to work with! They were responsive, timely, coordinated well with our container company and even worked to save us money/unnecessary expenses. All of our items arrived in damaged. Not to mention they were both friendly and professional!
I recently hired CEND for my very first cross-country move and I could not have been more pleased with my experience!
